We are based in Grass Valley, California, but through the Internet and telephone, we can provide may of our services to customers anywhere in the US and Canada.
On-site service is available for customers in the greater Sacramento and Sierra foothills area, including the communties of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley, Lake Wildwood, Alta Sierra, Smartville, Lake of the Pines, Auburn, Colfax, Meadow Vista, Applegate, Newcastle, Loomis, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville, and other Sacramento area communites.
Services
Our specialty and focus for our consulting services involves three main areas:
- Technical consulting and programming for Internet and Web related issues (including PHP, Perl, and JavaScript)
- Any Macintosh related issues. Troubleshooting and correcting problems to get your Mac running smoothly again and to keep it that way.
- Custom software design services. See the special web page regarding Custom Software.
For certain customers, we can provide additional services such as:
- Software installation and setup
- Installation and setup of memory (RAM) and peripherals, such as printers, disk drives, scanners, etc.
- Integration of processes involving multiple applications using AppleScript and/or custom programs
- One-on-one training for MacOS and selected applications
We do not usually provide hardware repair services, but can advise you on what to do about certain hardware problems.
Hourly Rates
On-site visit: usually $45 to $55 per hour, depending on the type of service you need.
Web related work, performed offsite: most jobs can be quoted at a fixed price.
Phone consulting: starting at $25 per hour, depending on your needs, which
can be determined after initial visit.

Experience & Qualifications
We have been involved with the Internet and the Web since 1996.
We have worked with Macintosh computers since 1986, and have been creating software on the Macintosh since 1988. We are very familiar with the MacOS from a user's and developer's perspective.
We also have experience with selected applications, such as Word, Excel, 4th Dimension, Filemaker, Quicken, Acrobat, and various others.
